We Make Visiting the Dentist Easy
Our experienced team at Bragg Dental does an excellent job at making each of your visits as smooth-running as possible from the moment you enter our practice doors. We collect new patient forms online so you don’t have to worry about printing them out at home, and if you have any outstanding balances, you can easily take care of those through our secure payment portal online. If you have any questions or concerns, know that our team is always happy to help you in whatever way we can.
Your First Visit
Each experience with our dental office begins with that first phone call you make! We’ll get as much information as we can over the phone from you, including your insurance details, any current issues you’re experiencing, etc. This will help us customize your visit to meet your needs. We’ll also guide you to fill out our new patient forms online so you don’t have to do so when you arrive.
Once you get to our office, we’ll be warmly greeted by our front desk team and introduced to your skilled dental assistant. They’ll guide you through what your comprehensive appointment will look like and review your medical and dental history. If necessary, we’ll also collect important diagnostic information like digital X-rays and scans of your mouth.
You’ll then be introduced to one of our friendly and knowledgeable dentists who will take the time to ask you about your concerns and assess your dental needs. They will complete a thorough examination of your teeth and gums and develop any necessary conservative dental treatment approaches if any problems arise.
If you have a same-day dental cleaning scheduled, the last 50 minutes will be spent with one of our registered dental hygienists. They will thoroughly clear all plaque and tartar from your teeth as well as polish and floss them. There are certain situations in which we recommend scheduling these two visits separately.

To make your first experience with us as streamlined and easy as possible, we ask all of our new patients to please fill out our forms online via our secure portal. This will keep you from needing to do so in-person and streamline and simplify your experience.

Dental Insurance
At your time of service, we’re happy to provide a detailed estimate of your treatment ahead of time so you know any out-of-pocket expenses that you’ll be responsible for. We’ll also give you a breakdown of your benefits and are more than happy to file dental insurance claims with your insurance on your behalf following your treatment. Please reach out if you have any questions about your coverage.
CareCredit Financing
For those who are uninsured or have higher out-of-pocket costs, we also partner with CareCredit, a trusted, third-party financer, to offer monthly payment plans. Upon approval, you’ll be able to split the total cost of your procedure up into smaller, easy-to-manage payments that put less strain on your monthly budget.
